Payment for any subscription or paid feature is administered through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize EdgeHawk to charge your chosen payment method via Stripe.

"Unlimited" plan features apply to normal personal use and are subject to fair use policies as outlined in these Terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription directly through Stripe's customer portal. Refunds are subject to Stripe's policies.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or provide automated access to the Service on behalf of third parties without explicit permission.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits or usage caps.

8. Fair Use Policy

While some subscription plans are described as "Unlimited," usage of the Service is subject to reasonable personal use. EdgeHawk reserves the right to monitor usage and may throttle, limit, or terminate accounts that impose excessive system burdens, attempt to resell access, or otherwise violate the spirit of Unlimited use. Any such determination will be made at EdgeHawk's sole discretion.
