We do not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where sports betting tools are prohibited.

• Preferences: Explicit preferences (favorite sports, preferred sportsbooks, intended use cases such as fantasy or wager analysis) and preferences inferred from your behavior.
• Usage & Analytics Data: Comprehensive event logs—search terms, bets analyzed, feature interactions—captured via Google Analytics and our internal logging systems.
• Technical Data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, cookie identifiers, and similar tracking technologies.
• User Content: Any content you upload, share, or submit through the Platform, including betting slips, screenshots, or other materials.

5. How We Use Information

• No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, or rent your name, email address, or billing information.
• Anonymized Data: We may share or sell Anonymized Data with third-party affiliates (e.g., market-research firms). Such data contains no identifiers.
• Service Providers: We disclose Personal Information to vendors (hosting, payments, analytics, support) under strict confidentiality agreements. Payment information is processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); EdgeHawk does not store full credit card details.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

7. Data Retention

• Personal Information: Retained for the duration of your account plus twelve (12) months following account closure, unless otherwise required by law.
• Usage Data: Retained for no more than eighteen (18) months, then automatically purged.
• Anonymized Data: We may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely.

We prioritize the security of your data with industry-standard protections such as encryption and access controls. Security is an ongoing process, and we regularly audit and enhance our systems to stay ahead of potential threats.

• Deletion: You may request deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us; we will comply unless retention is required by law. Requests will be processed within 45 days as required by CCPA.
